These are the tentacles of the Dark Force. We are the tentacles of the Light Force. They are very pro-active, we are weak and reactive.

Are victims not to blame or partly to blame? It depends. Children are 100% innocent, therefore, cannot be blamed.

But adults who got victimized do often have part of the blame, like the Filipina lady who accompanied her friends, went to a bar inside Angeles City, tabled with American soldiers, drank sofdrink with sleeping pills, and while they hired a van to roam around the camp, the 4 young American soldiers took turns in raping her, then, abandoned her on a dumpsite, still alive but drank.

There are many cases when the cooperation by the victims are full, due to their complete ignorance and some added incentives.

So, it depends. But victimization are oftentimes accomplished more easily and repeatedly in the state of either innocence or ignorance, and rarely succeed when the would-be victims are informed or aware.... as the saying goes, You can deceive me once or twice but not forever.

Therefore, our platforms (course of actions) are – shall be:

1. Seek the “factruths that shall set us free”. If a factruth comes directly from the Father or the Lord, so much the better!

2. Ensure the circulation of these factruths is lightning-speed and unimpeded;

3. Ensure quick and full obedience (implementation) of these factruths.

4. Protect the innocents from being deceived.

4. Educate the ignorants so they will no longer be deceived and gullible. Let us follow the Lord’s charge: “Be wise as a serpent!... while you remain blameless (have nothing to do with harming others) like a dove.”
