In his lecture, posted at YouTube (Docdor Atoie Arboleda Message To All Parents - Health Forum). Dr. Atoie lamented the lack of exposure to the sun and the resulting sweating as a major tool how we, parents, are silently killing our children when we allow them to live the life with computers and cellphones without outdoor exercises and exposure to the sun.

This is both a personal/ individual and collective duty.

Look at what the congressmen and senators are doing in covering the once-upon-a-time exclusive basketball court for our boys which were fully exposed to the sun as much as 12 hours a day! They are covering the basketball courts!

They had added many other purposes such as the venue for community programs or activities, day or night, rice drying facility, to the effect that the basketball court fully serving as source of sunlight-Vitamin D for our sons has now ceased to be so... so that I am foreseeing this succeeding batch of boys turning young men, becoming brittle work force of every family and the nation.

Our new batch of breadwinners, husbands, fathers and leaders will lack huge amount of sunlight and vitamin D... that they will be brittle.., that is, very vulnerable to illnesses!

The idea of covered court is a hidden tool to weaken our men and from this, destroy our nation!

Sunlight, the main ingredient of Vitamin D, is reported to be one of the powerful killer of covid and other viruses. We need to let sunlight enter and fill our cells, in the form of Vit. D. But Vitamin D is formed by letting sunlight enter our skin, then, combine with our cholesterol, forms Vitamin D... so in the form of Vitamin D, sunlight is present in our cells...to help kill covid, and all viruses.

This secret document lists the 2 goals, 8 strategies and 11 objectives of this evil group which is composed of the 13 richest families on earth. But here is the most important caution regarding how we will react or respond to this revelation: Our Lord does not approve that we use revenge as our respond, although he will allow us to take the path of revenge if we insist... For He honors our free will.. but He will not bless us not support us if we choose revenge instead of His way which is: Do not avenge, Vengeance is Mine.. I will avenge... Do not take the law in your own hands... Do not judge (condemn)... Overcome evil with good... Forgive and pray for those who maltreat you... However, be wise as a serpent while you remain gentle as a dove... We must overcome slavery by adopting the Ways God taught us in the form of commandments, statues, etc., that will earn us the freedoms and blessings listed in Leviticus 26 & Deuteronomy 28. The Ten Commandments and the 613 statutes, if practiced by a willing heart, with the aid of the Holy Spirit, will earn us blessings including freedom.

Although, many of the statutes have evolved into new forms but the spirit and purpose for each is the same....the development of each person into a LOVE being... Love that is perfect where perfect means complete, hence, love for self is present, love for God is present and love for neighbor or fellow creation is also included.

We need full awareness of this list called The Secret Covenant of the Illuminati so we will know our enemy or those who treat us as enemies... we must know fully their tactics or methods of destroying us.. destroying our bodies or health.. destroying our brains...

The opposition work done by the communist party proves to be too shallow and did not catch up the deep and ultra-subtle tactics of the Illuminati including the use of wifi frequencies and dissonant frequencies by destroying or re-tuning our music to cause the songs we listen to become noise to the 'ears' or feelings of our cells, leading to bruising or inflammation of our cells... This is what continued play of songs that they had changed in frequency or pitch to 440 hertz, from the original healing frequency of 432 hertz, so that by this dissonant frequency of 440 hertz, our cells would feel it as noise, not music, injurious instead of healing... thus, these subtle manipulations they are using --- note: have been using for decades, no, centuries... the end-result is weakening of our cells, organs, body, brain and all....

Do you know that the fluoride they advertised as beneficial to our teeth is actually working from root to the center of our tooth to cause tooth decay?... Proof? Easy! Just look around you and ask, If fluoride is the tool to prevent tooth decay, then, why is it that after this long period of fluoride-toothpaste, the net effect is almost everyone has his teeth destroyed as quickly and as early as age 40 or even earlier... while the teeth of our grandparents, some of them are still alive... why is it that at age 80, their teeth are still strong?

Now, if we are humble enough and not so arrogant, then, we will take enough time to reflect on this...

Or the role of alcohol especially hard drinks and soft drinks in the formation of fatty liver and cirrhosis (liver cancer)... or the role of nitrites inside commercial fertilizer in the creation and spread of breast cancers among our women...

There are millions of chemicals with their specific applications and we have found that virtually none of them are safe...none of them is truly safe if we use a timetable that spans 30 to 60 years... each of them is a poison in small doses accumulating inside our body and brain to destroy specific organs they are assigned to, one is assigned to destroy teeth (fluoride), another is assigned to dumb down our brain by calcifying our pineal gland (this is done by fluroide too, that is why fluoride is placed in our toothpaste to have easy access to the hole under our tongue which is the short cut path to reach our pineal gland inside our brain... beside destroying our teeth, this same fluoride goes to calcify our pineal gland.. result: it is calcifying our pineal gland so that we could no longer think well... The conspiracy to dumb down society is real, not theory...

The list is endless... You can do your own research in a per chemical basis, or per product or per medicine...and you will know what I mean and know.. Start with sugar... the bad sugar... then fluoride, then alcohol... and so on and so forth....

I repeat: Do not take the path of revenge as your respond to this revelation of the negative truths consisting of secret crimes they do to humanity. The failure-proof response/ reaction we are to take is this: FOR THE MIND, BE WISE AS A SERPENT... TO THE HEART, BE GENTLE AS A DOVE.... The Lord is there to help us... via His almighty Holy Spirit which can easily do it.. that is why the Holy Spirit is called Comforter because the Christ solutions is comforting...
